Fast and professional

This was the first time having my car serviced at Abel. They have a great reputation on the Corvette forums and I decided to drive past several other Chevrolet dealers to go there, a total of 90 miles from my house. I made an appointment in advance and John Fleming proactively reached out to ensure he understood the concerns I was requesting be addressed. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and repairs were performed well. In addition, general manager Rich Willhoff has been a great help and resource to the Corvette community. I appreciate John and Rich’s excellent service and will bring my car back to Abel whenever needed.

Abel is one of the few old time honest dealerships left. I drive 150 miles for service at Abel as well as several other people living in my hometown, as our local Chevrolet dealership is the most corrupt dealer I have ever dealt with.

Brought the car in and was greeted as I walked in. Signed the paperwork and was told they would get to work on it right away. I waited in their waiting room. Waiting room was clean,with a tv and coffee. Was very comfortable and the next thing I know, my car is ready and I'm on my way home. Everything was swift and easy.

John and Rich took care of me. Despite the AWS outage (out of their control), they got me in and out ahead of schedule. They were extremely knowledgeable as we communicated ahead of time about my goals for the service and they provided options. The dealership itself was very clean and organized. I had a pleasant time roaming the showroom floor and working remotely while I waited for my service to complete. All staff was very kind and friendly. I had multiple conversations while waiting.

C8 first oil change and DCT filter change. You left oily handprints on the leather center console and scratched it, then brought out the tech and argued instead of apologizing. After a few minutes of back-and-forth, they agreed to replace it. A few months later, I returned for the replacement and another oil change, my mistake. The same advisor made a snide remark to another advisor, and when I came out to pick up my car, he rushed out in front of me, tore off a plastic cover, and said sarcastically, “To make sure nothing happened this time,” with a smirk. Well, that didn't work, as they scratched my roof during the console replacement. Clear arm prints where they leaned on it, as my car was dirty, it had just rained. Not even sure why they needed to take the top off. Careless work, rude attitude, and zero professionalism. After all this, I have a center console that doesn’t quite match the rest of my car, and a scratched roof.

Abel is my go-to for all Corvette services. I have a lot of trust in their quality of work. They are always clear with their communications and upfront about what services are required.

I couldn't be happier. I called several dealerships in the San Jose area and none of them seamed to know ab our the triple flush recommended by GM on my C-7 Corvette. I called Abel because I have seen they sell a lot of Corvettes and talked to Tony who knew exactly what needed to be done. So I drove 2 hours and when I got there Met John who also new a lot about Corvettes. They got me in and out in 2 hours with the transmission service and a oil change. There prices were fantastic and service even better. You have a customer for life.

All recommendations are well sourced and keep my Corvette humming at 193k miles. - I get work done while waiting and left my wireless mouse there. It now has my name on it and I will pick up my mouse on the next visit... coming soon enough to change my oil.

Your service folks are friendly and helpful. My only issue is with GM not having a fix for a computer software problem that causes the backup camera to stop working. I would not have purchased the truck if I knew GM’s answer to a computer malfunction would be not much more than “sorry about that”.

I was treated with respect and clean service waiting area. My appointment time for service was on time. I had an alignment on my corvette and the technician did an excellent job, the car performs 1000 percent better. My car was returned without any damages.

Brought my Trailblazer in for a oil change and tire rotation, had a appointment and was in and out in about a hour. Very pleased with the service.

I was in and out with in an hour for a oil change and tire rotation.

The service manager was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get me in and out of the shop in a timely manner. When I got back into my car, there was a couple of grease streaks I had to wipe off and then clean when I got home. Not huge, but they really show up on a light seats. I still trust this dealership with my car. I drive over two hours just for an oil change. They are the only ones that I know will care of my car and I will be returning for future services

They did it in one day as promised & they alerted me to a problem with my AC unit that could have created a major issue & damage to other components. Well spent 1200 and it did not fix the problem. Was appreciative you took me in so quick and needed plugs and wires anyways but the problem was a service bulletin for code p106 track conditions only. TSB 17 na 264.

Rich, Tony, and the team really took care of me when the engine went out in my z06! They ensured I had a rental available, gave timely updates, and had the car fixed up in no time. After having my vehicle towed to Abel due to not starting, they found the problem and repaired it the same day. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.

Abel Chevrolet took care of my 2025 C8 Corvette transmission fluid and filter change in only a little over an hour while I waited. Other dealerships would have needed to have my car for several more hours.

I had my old truck serviced at another dealership to many people to deal with At able's one service manager eazy no stress the Wait was short every one was friendly that's why I bought it and will have it serviced there a nice Family dealership very happy

Very efficient service. Engine oil/filer, DCT filter and gas fill cap recall took ~2.5 hrs in total. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They also helped me to check washer fluid low issue and found the reservoir was leaking. They will order a new one for me. This dealership is about 100 miles away from me but I still chose to go there for service. This alone shows how good they are.

I was, as I have been for the last 6-1/2 years, greeted cordially, and my concerns (This was a 'service' visit: some needs routine, others 'non-scheduled') were noted, addressed, & scheduled in a swift and diligent manner. At the time of reckoning, after I had begun paying the bill, I jokingly mentioned that next time "I should use my points against some of this?" Tony immediately jumped on it, scavenged the points, and graciously recalculated my balance due. Cashier Payton (P?) cheerfully stuffed a healthy amount of my previously-surrendered funds back into the sock in which I had brought them and wished me a very cordial rest of my day! I am the 'broken record' who continually expresses his satisfaction with 'the Service Counter', and (Even though on this visit he did not take lead on my complaints & demands) still feel the 'continuity of care' that John has provided & I have appreciated all these years...I know that all I did was buy a couple of cars, but I am continually treated like a (well-liked) member of the Abel Family! Thank you.

I am totally pleased with every aspect of my service experience with Abel Chevrolet. When I walked in the door and was greeted by Payton, I felt like a VIP. Tony does an amazing job of assuring that every aspect of my service experience went well. They even handled a somewhat unusual occurrence in that they detected another defective part, put me in a loaner car and assured everything was done when I picked it up after the holiday weekend. My 2023 Silverado 1500 with LZ0 Duramax diesel experienced another of the known problems, which I believe now completes all known COMMON issues in this one truck (VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS TRUCK COPMPARED TO MY "NEVER A PROBLEM 2016 3500 HD DUALLY), Code P1098 Coolant Flow Valve failure. Abel Chevrolet on again provided a prompt service appointment, fast diagnosis, and SAME DAY REPAIR of the issue. The build quality and problems with my 1500 are NOT Abel Chevrolet's fault, but they are saving GM's reputation by providing STELLAR service. If it were not for Abel Chevrolet, Service Advisor John Fleming, and Abel's Technicians, GM would have LOST A LOYAL GM OWNER six months after buying this lemon. A huge thank you to the Abel Chevrolet team for above and beyond service.

Although it is more expensive to get my car serviced at the dealer, I appreciated the peace of mind that I get at Abel. I have over 135,000 miles on my 22 Bolt EUV and want it to last.

Tony was excellent. The AC part was not in stock, but was able to quickly find one. My truck was repaired faster than expected and before a busy summer weekend.

my last update messed up some of the computer's parmters. The car wasn't able to contact the onboard computers so the techs at Able Chevrolet diagnosed the problems and reupdated all the computers in my car. My equnox EV now runs and performs as it is supposed to. Thanks Guys.
