Had a Check Engine light two days before getting ready to take a road trip. Abel managed to got me an appointment the next day. They ended up reprogramming the ECM and the TCM which fixed the problem. They they save my planned road trip. Thank You!

Abel is one of the few old time honest dealerships left. I drive 150 miles for service at Abel as well as several other people living in my hometown, as our local Chevrolet dealership is the most corrupt dealer I have ever dealt with.

I found dealing with Abel Chevrolet easy to do. I am well informed about the car buying and what to look for. I had searched a few months for the vehicle I wanted and when I found it here dealing with Abel Chevrolet took a little back and forth but a deal was eventually accomplished. I would defiantly do business here again.

Job done and really fast.

C8 first oil change and DCT filter change. You left oily handprints on the leather center console and scratched it, then brought out the tech and argued instead of apologizing. After a few minutes of back-and-forth, they agreed to replace it. A few months later, I returned for the replacement and another oil change, my mistake. The same advisor made a snide remark to another advisor, and when I came out to pick up my car, he rushed out in front of me, tore off a plastic cover, and said sarcastically, “To make sure nothing happened this time,” with a smirk. Well, that didn't work, as they scratched my roof during the console replacement. Clear arm prints where they leaned on it, as my car was dirty, it had just rained. Not even sure why they needed to take the top off. Careless work, rude attitude, and zero professionalism. After all this, I have a center console that doesn’t quite match the rest of my car, and a scratched roof.

Brought the car in and was greeted as I walked in. Signed the paperwork and was told they would get to work on it right away. I waited in their waiting room. Waiting room was clean,with a tv and coffee. Was very comfortable and the next thing I know, my car is ready and I'm on my way home. Everything was swift and easy.

John and Rich took care of me. Despite the AWS outage (out of their control), they got me in and out ahead of schedule. They were extremely knowledgeable as we communicated ahead of time about my goals for the service and they provided options. The dealership itself was very clean and organized. I had a pleasant time roaming the showroom floor and working remotely while I waited for my service to complete. All staff was very kind and friendly. I had multiple conversations while waiting.

This was the first time having my car serviced at Abel. They have a great reputation on the Corvette forums and I decided to drive past several other Chevrolet dealers to go there, a total of 90 miles from my house. I made an appointment in advance and John Fleming proactively reached out to ensure he understood the concerns I was requesting be addressed. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and repairs were performed well. In addition, general manager Rich Willhoff has been a great help and resource to the Corvette community. This is the only shop I allow to work on my corvettes. As always, they were very detailed in their assessment and handled everything without issues. Car runs great.

I couldn't be happier. I called several dealerships in the San Jose area and none of them seamed to know ab our the triple flush recommended by GM on my C-7 Corvette. I called Abel because I have seen they sell a lot of Corvettes and talked to Tony who knew exactly what needed to be done. So I drove 2 hours and when I got there Met John who also new a lot about Corvettes. They got me in and out in 2 hours with the transmission service and a oil change. There prices were fantastic and service even better. You have a customer for life.

I was in and out with in an hour for a oil change and tire rotation.

The service manager was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get me in and out of the shop in a timely manner. When I got back into my car, there was a couple of grease streaks I had to wipe off and then clean when I got home. Not huge, but they really show up on a light seats. I still trust this dealership with my car. I drive over two hours just for an oil change. They are the only ones that I know will care of my car and I will be returning for future services

I came to have the oil changed in my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and again had great service. From start to finish everything went great as I waited for the vehicle to be completed. The oil changed, new air filter was recommended and provided with my permission and full inspection of the vehicle was done. I was completely happy and satisfied with the whole service. I will be back with my other vehicles as service is needed.

The work that I requested was performed by a GM World Class Technician. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and helpful. It is well worth the 100 mile drive to have service performed at Abel Chevrolet. Rich Willhoff, the General Manager at Abel, is someone that you can trust.

Your service folks are friendly and helpful. My only issue is with GM not having a fix for a computer software problem that causes the backup camera to stop working. I would not have purchased the truck if I knew GM’s answer to a computer malfunction would be not much more than “sorry about that”.

Best in class service from John and the team at Abel for a last minute visit to service my C7 Z07. Fast visit where they changed annual fluids and serviced a dead TPMS sensor while I waited. Best Corvette specialists in NorCal. Only dealer I trust working on my C8 and C7.

Tony in service is a great up front man. Your mechanics team is well trained with a fast turn around! They said 1-2 hrs and I was out in about an hour!

Very efficient service. Engine oil/filer, DCT filter and gas fill cap recall took ~2.5 hrs in total. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They also helped me to check washer fluid low issue and found the reservoir was leaking. They will order a new one for me. This dealership is about 100 miles away from me but I still chose to go there for service. This alone shows how good they are.

I scheduled my appointment with Tony and we discussed the work that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate at that time and there were no surprises when I checked out. The maintenance work was completed more quickly than I expect and the whole experience was smooth and easy.

The service team works to ensure they are ready when you arrive and the work is completed in a timely manner.

Abel Chevrolet took care of my 2025 C8 Corvette transmission fluid and filter change in only a little over an hour while I waited. Other dealerships would have needed to have my car for several more hours.

Richard, John & the owner of Abel Chevrolet staff were extremely helpful. Richard & John were totally prepared for what I've learned is a very difficult repair to complete correctly. They did it in one day as promised & they alerted me to a problem with my AC unit that could have created a major issue & damage to other components. They are very knowledgeable, polite & gave me a loner to drive. I would take my Corvette to them for any work needed. I highly recommend the entire service staff at Abel Chevrolet.
