I arrived on time for my 2023 Corvette Stingray Oil/Filter change and was promptly processed. Service time was way faster than I expected and work was completed in under an hour. I have been coming to Abel Chevrolet to service my Z06 for 10 years. Service has always been spectacular!! My most recent service was the purchase and installation of new tires. They were great in helping to pick the right tires and service and installation was great.

Got me in without an appointment and fixed the problem- a distributor wire had disconnected and the computer was telling me to service the traction system

Have been an Abel loyal customer for over 15 years, and it is Abel's commitment to customer satisfaction that keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, my new-to-me 2023 Silverado 1500 has had several issues, including a failed transmission valve body, a roof leak at GPS antenna, and a data transmission problem with the infotainment system. I am in today for the FIFTH time for the latter of these issues. The symptoms of the infotainment system failure includes Check Engine Light, loss of bluetooth connectivity, interference with HVAC Auto mode, remote start and remote tailgate functionalities. Each time the CEL returns, the same codes set, so I'm disappointed that the issue has been so difficult to nail down, but I'm confident Abel will sort it out.

Had a Check Engine light two days before getting ready to take a road trip. Abel managed to got me an appointment the next day. They ended up reprogramming the ECM and the TCM which fixed the problem. They they save my planned road trip. Thank You!

I came to have the oil changed in my 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and again had great service. From start to finish everything went great as I waited for the vehicle to be completed. The oil changed, new air filter was recommended and provided with my permission and full inspection of the vehicle was done. I was completely happy and satisfied with the whole service. I will be back with my other vehicles as service is needed.

I made an appointment in advance and John Fleming proactively reached out to ensure he understood the concerns I was requesting be addressed. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and repairs were performed well. In addition, general manager Rich Willhoff has been a great help and resource to the Corvette community. They took my Corvette in early and did the extra maintenance that I needed and got the car out to me right when I got back from lunch. GREAT

Brought the car in and was greeted as I walked in. Signed the paperwork and was told they would get to work on it right away. I waited in their waiting room. Waiting room was clean,with a tv and coffee. Was very comfortable and the next thing I know, my car is ready and I'm on my way home. Everything was swift and easy.

I found dealing with Abel Chevrolet easy to do. I am well informed about the car buying and what to look for. I had searched a few months for the vehicle I wanted and when I found it here dealing with Abel Chevrolet took a little back and forth but a deal was eventually accomplished. I would defiantly do business here again.

Job done and really fast.

John and Rich took care of me. Despite the AWS outage (out of their control), they got me in and out ahead of schedule. They were extremely knowledgeable as we communicated ahead of time about my goals for the service and they provided options. The dealership itself was very clean and organized. I had a pleasant time roaming the showroom floor and working remotely while I waited for my service to complete. All staff was very kind and friendly. I had multiple conversations while waiting.

C8 first oil change and DCT filter change. You left oily handprints on the leather center console and scratched it, then brought out the tech and argued instead of apologizing. After a few minutes of back-and-forth, they agreed to replace it. A few months later, I returned for the replacement and another oil change, my mistake. The same advisor made a snide remark to another advisor, and when I came out to pick up my car, he rushed out in front of me, tore off a plastic cover, and said sarcastically, “To make sure nothing happened this time,” with a smirk. Well, that didn't work, as they scratched my roof during the console replacement. Clear arm prints where they leaned on it, as my car was dirty, it had just rained. Not even sure why they needed to take the top off. Careless work, rude attitude, and zero professionalism. After all this, I have a center console that doesn’t quite match the rest of my car, and a scratched roof.

Abel is my go-to for all Corvette services. I have a lot of trust in their quality of work. They are always clear with their communications and upfront about what services are required.

I was in and out with in an hour for a oil change and tire rotation.

The service manager was very friendly and helpful. He was able to get me in and out of the shop in a timely manner. When I got back into my car, there was a couple of grease streaks I had to wipe off and then clean when I got home. Not huge, but they really show up on a light seats. I still trust this dealership with my car. I drive over two hours just for an oil change. They are the only ones that I know will care of my car and I will be returning for future services

I couldn't be happier. I called several dealerships in the San Jose area and none of them seamed to know ab our the triple flush recommended by GM on my C-7 Corvette. I called Abel because I have seen they sell a lot of Corvettes and talked to Tony who knew exactly what needed to be done. So I drove 2 hours and when I got there Met John who also new a lot about Corvettes. They got me in and out in 2 hours with the transmission service and a oil change. There prices were fantastic and service even better. You have a customer for life.
